CenCor, Inc. is a consumer finance and loan company. The company is in the process of liquidation from September 12th 1996. Prior to June 30th 95 the company was engaged in consumer finance business through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Acceptance Corporation. Effective June 30th 1995, substantially all of the assets of Century were sold. The company has not conducted on-going operations since the sale of its consumer finance business. The company is expected to be fully liquidated by october 1999.
