Certegy Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to provide credit and debit card processing and check risk management services to financial institutions and merchants. It through two segments, Card Services segment provides credit and debit card issuer services that enable institutions and retailers to issue Visa, American Express, MasterCard credit, debit cards and other electronic payment cards for consumers. It also provides merchant processing, e-banking services and card issuer software and support services. Check Services segment provides check risk management services and related processing services to businesses accepting or cashing checks at the point-of-sale. The Group provides these services in the U.S., the U.K., Canada, Brazil, Chile, Thailand, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the Dominican Republic. On 01-Feb- 2005 the Group completed its reverse acquisition and it now operates under the name Fidelity National Information Services Inc.
