The Group's principal activity is to provide a broad-range of technologies and services that meets the electronic commerce and operating needs of community financial institutions. The operations are classified into two business segments: Financial institution services and Merchant services. Financial institution services segment provides software systems, data processing services and related equipment and services to financial institutions. Merchant services segment provides credit card transaction processing services, transaction capture and settlement and other payment processing services to financial institutions and merchants. During 2004, the Group discontinued Merchant Services division. Financial Institution Services accounted for 71% of 2003 revenues and Merchant Services, 29%
