Archer Group Holdings plc is an insurance services company. It's main trading subsidiaries are Tower Managing Agents Limited and Castle Members' Agents Limited, the first company carries on business as managing agents and the latter as a members' agent at Lloyds. The management agency companies are responsible for the management and conduct of the underwriting and all aspects of administration of one marine syndicate, eight non-marine syndicates, one aviation syndicate, one motor syndicate and one life syndicate. Insurance services accounted for 54% of fiscal 1995 revenues and Lloyd's underwriting agencies, 46%.
