C.E. Heath plc is a holding company whose principal subsidary and associated undertakings trade in the business of international insurance and reinsurance broking,telesales broking and financial services. During fiscal 97 the group withdrew from it's underwriting business and completed the demerger of it's computer services division, which now operates independently of C.E. Heath plc. The company operates within the United Kingdom, Europe, North and South America, Australasia, Far East and other countries. Insurance broking accounted for all of fiscal 1997 revenues.
