Innovation Group plc (The)(TIG). The Group's principal activity is providing insurance software and outsourcing on an international basis. The Group's operations are carried out through its Outsourcing and Software divisions. Outsourcing provides services and support functions to enable customers to outsource insurance and warranty claims functions to worldwide claims administration professionals. Software provides software and services support to build, install, integrate and maintain insurance system solutions for Claims and Policy related functions. The Group also provides support for the tools and utilities we provide for customers, and maintains PROgression, the patented development and project management method that supports and acts as the architectural foundation. Clients include, Aviva, Auto Club of Southern California, Ford Motor of South Africa, Halifax General Insurance, The Insurance Australia Group, Jaguar Drive Plan, Prestasi Brokers, Sonpo 24 Insurance and Zurich. Outsourcing accounted for 61% of fiscal 2006 revenues and Software, 39%
