Jib Group Plc

JIB Group Plc is a London based holding company of an international insurance broking group. The group's ultimate holding company is Jardine Matheson Holding Limited. Since its development from a small insurance broking business in the early 1970's it has grown rapidly to become the ninth largest insurance broker in the world in terms of turnover. The groups business is predominantly retail based, but it also has significant interests in the wholesale and reinsurance sectors and owns a Lloyds members agency. The group itself does not act as an insurer of risks. Operations are classed into four different geographical locations, the United Kingdom, Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
