The services include workers' compensation claims administration, healthcare management , property and casualty claims management and risk management services. It operates in four segments: U.S. property and casualty, U.S Broadspire, Legal Settlement Administration and U. S. Property & Casualty and International. The U.S. property and casualty segment serves the U.S. property and casualty insurance company market. The U.S Broadspire segment serves the U.S. self-insurance marketplace and includes the Crawford Integrated Services business line. The Legal Settlement Administration serves the securities, bankruptcy, product warranties and inspections and other legal settlements market. The U. S.
