Commercial : Providing health benefit services to Commercial customers in the Group Health and Workers' Compensation markets and the Public Sector segment where the Company services are provided to customers within the Public Sector. The Group has network of approximately 4,300 hospitals and has an outpatient care network comprising of approximately 412,000 physicians, clinical laboratories, and surgery centers, radiology facilities and other providers. On 31-Oct-2003, the Group acquired Health Net Employer Services, Inc and on 01-Dec-2003, the Group acquired Winterbrook HealthCare Management II, LLC, and PPO Oklahoma, Inc & First Health Priority Services, Inc on 07-04-2004.
