Company Description
Blue Planet Financials Growth and Income Investment Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to produce a total return greater than the Bloomberg World Financials Index. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company qualifies as an Investment Trust within the meaning of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd for an annual fee of 1% of the total assets (after deducting cross holdings in other Blue Planet Investment Trusts and Funds) of the Company payable monthly. The agreement is terminable by two years' notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
