Japan Securities Finance Co Ltd. The Group's principal activity is to provide securities-related financing services such as lending funds and stock certificates needed by securities companies to execute the margin transactions of their customers. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Securities financing and Data processing services. The Securities financing division provides loans for purchasing funds and securities to securities companies, individual investors and institutional investors. These include loans for margin transactions, bond financing, general loans, brokerage operation for bond lending transactions and general stock loans. The Data processing division provides clerical, and data computing and processing services.
