International Assets Holding Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to focus on international securities. The Group operates through five segments: International Equities Market-making, International Debt Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Trading, Commodities Trading and Asset management. International Equities Market-making segment provides execution services and liquidity to national broker-dealers, regional broker-dealers and institutional investors. International Debt Capital Markets segment trades and invests in international bonds, including both investment grade and higher-yielding emerging market bonds. Foreign Exchange Trading segment trades select, illiquid currencies of developing countries. Commodities Trading segment provides a full range of precious metals trading and hedging capabilities. Asset Management segment is operated through INTL Consilium, a joint venture organized by the Group and an unaffiliated third party. It operates in the United States and other countries.
