OMX AB. The Group's principal activities are the provision of products and services for trading in financial instruments and commodities. The Group operates in the following three segments: OMX Exchanges, OMX Technology and Information Services/New Markets. OMX Exchange offers access to approximately 80 percent of the Nordic and Baltic securities markets which includes stock exchanges in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. OMX Technology provides solutions and services, transaction technology, processing and outsourcing based on proven technology. Information Services & New Markets comprises OMX's information services, the exchanges in the Baltic States and Broker Services. It also includes exploring future business opportunities in new markets. In 2006, the Group acquired Computershare Markets Technology. OMX Exchanges accounted for 48% of 2006 gross revenues; OMX Technology, 35% & OMX Information Services/New Markets, 17%
