The Company manufactes and markets hydraulically activated material handling equipment in Houston,Texas, Brampton, Ontario, Canada, Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Adelaide, Australia. The Company markets the majority of its products through numerous material-handling dealers in the United States, Canada and other international locations. In 2000, the Company acquired Long Reach, Inc which manufactures material handling equipment, including masts, integrals and attachments for forklift trucks and pallet trucks, stackers and scissor lifts. Ontario Corporation, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company pruchased the assets of Blue Giant Limited in 2000.
