Foreign exchange information resources work as your best defense against becoming a victim of foreign exchange (forex) fraud. Foreign exchange information resources provide everything from forex news and forex alerts to attorney referrals for forex scams.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the United States' government agency for forex trading, is the best of your foreign exchange resources to use. The CFTC provides some common warning signs of possible forex fraud:
