IFS International Holdings, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to develop, market, support and license software and hardware products. These products are used for electronic funds transfer, retail, e-commerce and retail banking markets. The software products of the Group are marketed under the name TPII. The Group has two wholly owned subsidiaries, IFS International, Inc. and Network Controls International, Inc. The Group also provides maintenance and consultancy services to its clients.
