Company Description
Misys PLC. The Group's principal activity is developing and licensing a variety of software products and solutions to customers primarily in the international banking and healthcare industries. The Group operates in three divisions: Sesame, Healthcare and Banking. The Sesame business provides support services to financial advisers offering rates, regulatory advice, professional development resources and research. Products are Sesame Network, Sesame Direct and Sesame Select. The Healthcare division offers software serving physicians' offices, hospitals, patients' homes and long-term facilities providing efficient and effective use of patient data. Products are Misys CPR, Misys EMR, Payerpath, Misys Optimum, Misys Lab and Misys Homecare. The Banking division provides software to financial institutions serving wholesale and investment banks, corporate treasuries and hedge funds. Products are Misys Midas Plus, Misys Equation, Misys Bankmaster, Misys Summit, Misys Loan IQ. Sesame accounted for 39% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Healthcare, 33% and Banking, 28%
