Venture Catalyst Inc. The Group's principal activity is to provide gaming, hospitality consulting services and infrastructure and technology integration services in the California Native American gaming market. The Group operates in two segments: consulting services and software. The services provided by the Group include comprehensive gaming and hospitality consulting services, financial advisory services, public and governmental relations, strategic planning, technology solutions and professional and technical expertise. The Group currently has two clients, the Barona Group of Captain Grade Band of Mission Indians, and the Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians; both are federally recognized, sovereign Native American tribes. The Group has also developed a fully integrated customer relationship management and marketing software product for the gaming and hospitality industry known as Mariposa.
