These products are used in the automotive, medical and industrial electronic industries. The Group operates in two business segments: Electronics and Corporate. The Electronics segment manufactures and markets materials and parts to various automotive, medical, industrial electronics, telecommunications and military market segments. The Corporate segment includes the management of the Group's trading portfolios and long-term investments. At 28-Feb-2002, the Group discontinued the operation of J.M. Ney Company. Electronic components accounted for 98% of fiscal 2002 revenues and Investment and other income, 2%.
