Marie Brizard & Roger International S.A.(MB). The Group's principal activities are the production, marketing, distribution and sale of wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. The products are sold under the brand names of "Old Lady's" gin, "Gautier" cognac, "Berger" aniseed liqueurs,"Lochmore" whisky, "La Mauny" rum, "Amarula" wild-fruit liqueur, and the "Marques del Puerto" range of wines. The non-alcoholic beverage division is based on two main segments - Sirop Sport cordials and Pulco citrus concentrates. In 2005, The Group acquired agro-alimentary group, William Pitters. Distribution of wines accounted for 54% of 2004 revenues; spirits, 21%;non-alcoholic drinks, 24% and others,1%.
