Vranken - Pommery Monopole. The Group's principal activities are the production and distribution of wines, champagnes and related services. Products are distributed under the Group's own brands Vranken (Demoiselle, Barancourt, A. Charbaut & Fils and Veuve Monnier) as well as under other brands (Charles Lafitte, Orgueil de France, Heidsieck & Co Monopole, Porto Rozes and Sao Pedro). In 2005, the Group acquired 100% of Pommery SA. The Group's products are distributed nationally through hypermarkets and specialized retailers and internationally through their foreign subsidiaries. Champagne accounted for 91% of 2004 revenues; Port Wine, 3%; Inter-Champagne, 2%; Services, 2% and Other Products, 2%
