Company Description
Mondavi (Robert) Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to produce and market premium table wines. Its operations are organized around three units: Robert Mondavi, Woodbridge and joint venture and other brands. Robert Mondavi brand produces, markets and sells wines under the Robert Mondavi Winery and Robert Mondavi Private Selection labels. Woodbridge brand produces, markets and sells barrel-aged varietal wines in the popular-premium segment. Joint venture and other brand encompasses the Group's smaller wineries including Byron and Arrowood as well as four international joint ventures. Wines are sold in the domestic market through more than 100 independent wine and spirits distributors and in the international market through independent importers and brokers. The Group's wines are available in restaurants, hotels, specialty shops, supermarkets and club stores in all fifty states and 90 countries throughout the world. The Group exports the products to Canada, Europe and Asia. Produces and distributes premium table wine under the Robert Mondavi and Woodbridge brandnames
