Birds Eye Foods Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to products and market processed food products. The Group operates through its three segments: Branded frozen, Branded dry and Non-Branded products. Branded frozen includes traditional frozen vegetables as well as value added products marketed under Birds Eye, Birds Eye Steamfresh, Birds Eye Voila!, C&W, Freshlike and McKenzie's brands. Branded dry includes fruit fillings and toppings (Comstock and Wilderness), chili and chili ingredients (Nalley and Brooks), salad dressings (Bernstein's and Nalley) and snacks (Tim's, Snyder of Berlin, and Husman). Non-Branded includes its store brand, food service and industrial and export product lines. Major customers of the Group includes Wal-Mart/Sam's, C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc, Publix Super Markets Inc, Kroger, Food Lion, Albertsons, Safeway and Wakefern Foods. On 23-Aug-2005, the Group sold its subsidiary Birds Eye de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Branded Frozen accounted for 44% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Non-Branded, 33% and Branded Dry, 23%
