Jugos del Norte SA (JN) produces concentrated fruit juice, dehydrated fruit pulp and lemon essence. The company's products include concentrated mango, lemon and maracuya. JN also produces lemon rind. JN's products are produced mainly for export. During 1994 the Company continue the activity of manufacturing canned food products in order to diversify its operations. Maracuya concentrated fruit juice accounted for 55% of 1994 revenues; lemon essence and oils, 20% and others, 25%.
