The Trading and Merchandising segment includes the sourcing, merchandising, trading, marketing and distribution of agricultural and energy commodities. The International Foods segment includes branded food products which are sold principally in retail channels in North America, Europe and Asia. The primary products include specialty potato products, milled grain ingredients, dehydrated vegetables and seasoning.
