Borden Inc., is a worldwide producer of foods, non-food consumer products, and packaging and industrial products. The company is the largest U.S. producer of dairy and pasta products and a leading manufacturer of various other food and non-food products. The Company's operations are divided into three divisions; North American Foods, International Foods and Packaging and Industrial Products. The range of products included in the foods segment are pasta and pasta sauses, bakery products, salty snacks, processed cheese, jams and jellies, non-dairy cream and ice cream. The non-food and industrial segment consists of wallpapering, consumer adhesives, foundry and industrial resins and adhesives for the forest products industry. Foods accounted for 67% of 1993 revenues and non-food consumer and industrial products, 33%.
