The Group brand names are Veggie Milk(TM), Veggie Slice(TM), Soyco(R), Soymage(R), Wholesome Valley(R), Rice Slice(TM), Veggy Singles(R), Lite Bakery(R) and Veggie Lite Bakery(R). The Group also manufactures and markets non-branded and private label cheese products. The Group has a licensing arrangement with Tropicana(R) to manufacture, distribute and market its Ultra Smoothie(TM) product. The customers are situated throughout the United States and in fourteen other countries. On 30-Jun-2005, The Group and Schreiber Foods, Inc., a Wisconsin corp entered into a Supply Agreement, whereby Group agreed that Schreiber would become our sole source of supply for substantially all of it's products.
