Broughton Foods Company produces dairy and dairy-related food products for wholesale and retail distribution in Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and parts of the eastern United States. The company has two product lines - Diary division and Foods division. The diary division produces and processes whole milk, fat free milk, cottage cheese, eggnog, iced tea, fruit juice, yogurt and ice cream. The foods division produces sour cream, dips, dressings, aerosol toppings, whipped cream and coffee cream. During the year the company acquired London's Farm Dairy, Inc. Milk accounted for 62% of 1998 revenues; Non milk, 11%; frozen desserts, 10%; cultured products, 8% and other, 9%.
