The Group owns the following trademarks that have been registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the sale of dry pasta: Pasta Growers, Pasta Sanita, Zia Briosa, Primo Piatto and Dakota Growers Pasta Co. During the fiscal year 2002, the Group converted from Co-operative to Corporation through a triangular merger with Dakota Growers Pasta Restructuring Cooperative and Dakota Growers Corporation. The customers of the Group include commercial and non-commercial eating establishments such as restaurants, business and industry cafeterias, managed services, hotels and motels, retail vending, recreation, mobile and other away-from-home eating outlets.
