Geest PLC. The Group's principal activities are the preparation and marketing of fresh prepared foods and the marketing and distribution of fresh produce. The Group products include salads, stir fry, prepared vegetables, prepared fruit, dips, dressings, ready meals, pizza, fresh pasta, pasta sauces, bread, fresh soup, premium desserts, and other fresh prepared products such as wraps, flower bouquets, sushi and dressings. The Group makes over 2,000 products, developed specifically for customers - food retailers and foodservice providers. The Group has operations in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Guernsey, France and South Africa. During 2004, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Anglia Crown Ltd and a 75% interest in International Produce Ltd.
