International Multifoods Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market branded consumer foods and foodservice products in the United States and Canada. The Group operates through three business segments: US Consumer products, US Foodservice products and Canadian Foods. The US Consumer products segment markets flour and scratch ingredients, baking and dry breakfast mixes, ready-to-spread frostings and syrups. The US Foodservice products segment produces baking mixes, fillings, icings and frostings for bakeries and foodservice customers. Canadian Foods segment manufactures flour and baking mixes, pickles and relish condiments. Brand names include Pillsbury(R), Hungry Jack(R) Martha White(R), Robin Hood(R), Farmhouse(R), Bick's(R) and Golden Temple(R). US Consumer Products accounted for 43% of fiscal 2004 revenues; Canadian Foods, 35%; and Foodservice Products, 22%
