Paradise, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to operate through two segments: candied fruit and molded plastics. Candied fruit is a basic fruitcake ingredient sold to manufacturing bakers, institutional users and retailers for use in home baking. Candied fruit production also includes the processing of frozen strawberry products for sale to commercial and institutional users such as preservers, dairies and drink manufacturers. Molded plastics production involves the production of plastic containers for the its products and other molded plastics for sale to unaffiliated customers. The principal raw materials used by the Group are fruits, fruit peels, corn syrups and plastic resins. Its trademarks are Paradise, Dixie, Mor-Fruit and Sun-Ripe. It is also licensed to use the trademarks "White Swan", "Queen Anne", "Palm Beach", "Golden Crown," and "Pennant" in the sale of candied fruit.
