Amfac/JMB Hawaii, L.L.C.. The Group operates in three segments namely property, agriculture and golf. Property segment includes land management and real estate development operations. The agricultural segment includes activities related to the cultivation, processing and sale of sugarcane and coffee. The golf segment manages and operates three 18-hole golf course facilities. The Group owns approximately 5,100 acres of land primarily located on the island of Maui in the State of Hawaii. The Group also leases approximately 3,100 acres of land that was primarily used in conjunction with its agricultural operations.
