It operates through its subsidiaries, Kraft Foods North America Inc and Kraft Foods International Inc. The Group's brands span five consumer sectors: Snacks, Beverages, Cheese, Grocery and Convenient Meals. Products include cookies, crackers, confectionery, coffee, aseptic juice drinks, powdered beverages, natural, processed and cream cheese, ready-to-eat cereals, enhancers and desserts and convenient meals such as frozen pizza, packaged dinners, lunch combinations and processed meats. The Group's main brands include Kraft, Jacobs, Philadelphia, Maxwell House, Nabisco, Oscar Mayer and Post. The Group has operations in 72 countries with products sold in over 155 countries. On 06-Sep-2006, it acquired United Biscuits' (UB) Iberian operations. Snacks accounted for 19% of 2006 revenues; Beverages, 9%; Cheese, 18%; Grocery 8% and Convenient Meals, 14% & Other 32%
