AB Sardus. The Group's principal activity is the supply of meat-based sandwich toppings and certain selected processed meat specialities on the Swedish market. The Group also provides frozen fish, poultry and meat products to the Swedish catering industry. The products are manufactured in 14 EU-approved, highly specialised plants in southern and central Sweden as well as in Denmark. The Group operates through four business units as of 2005; Sardus Chark & Deli (produces liver paste, ham, smoked sausage, pork loin, jellied veal and black pudding.); the 3- Star (meat toppings); Falbygdens Cheese (cheese production) and Sardus Foodpartner (supplier of frozen fish, meat and chicken products). The Group's trade marks include Lindbergs, Arboga, Norrboda and Eliassons. In 2004 the Group acquired Allt Smorgas and Smorgasfabriken.
