In 2001 the company sold 33,261 tons of fresh meet cuts, 13,647 tons of dry products, 19,861 tons of meat products, 10,487 tons of canned products, 2,477 tons of bacon, 2,556 tons of ham and shoulder in foil, 985 tons of paprika and 175 tons of seasoning. In 2001 the group slaughtered 941,000 of pigs and 16,629 of cattle. The BSE-disease had negative impact on the export of beef products and on the imported beef prices. The major shareholder of the company is the Arago Rt and had 93.33% of the share capital at 25/10/2002. The company is not listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange since 10/07/2002.
