Oetker Gruppe. The Group's activities are carried out through five divisions: Shipping, Food, Sparkling Wine, Wine and Spirits and Other Interests. The shipping division operates 84 vessels, plus about 188,000 containers. The Food division produces of a wide range of foodstuffs e.g. dry-shelf products, desserts and preserving products, frozen foods, ice cream, bakery products, honey, sauces and soups. The Sparkling Wine, Wine and Spirits division produces and markets wine and spirits. Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverages manufactures beer and other Non-Alcoholic Beverages. The Other Interests includes a variety of activities in the chemical industry, food retail, finance services and the hotel business.
