During the year, the company operates 34 restaurants, 14 of which features Northern Italian cuisine and 20 of which offer casual American dining. These restaurants operates under the Papa.Razzi tradename. The restaurants provide specialty menus in addition to their standard menus, such as weekend brunch menus. All the Company's restaurants offer a full liquor and all have a bar. These restaurants are open seven days a week and serve lunch and dinner.
