Lincat Group PLC. The Group's principal activities are manufacturing commercial catering and bar equipment, washing and sanitising equipment for the bakery, foodservice and food production industries, range cookers and other specialist domestic appliances, and commercial kitchen ventilation canopies. The Group manufactures two categories of product: kitchen machines and bar equipment. The kitchen machines division produces a range of waste disposal equipment for commercial kitchens, including innovative food waste dewatering systems. It also manufactures potato peelers, widely used in institutional catering in places such as schools, and potato chippers, used in fish and chip shops. The products within the bar equipment division include stainless steel underbar furniture and complementary glass-fronted and top-loading bottle coolers.
