The Group's principal activities are to manufacture, design and market an extensive line of high-quality glass tableware, ceramic dinnerware, metal flatware, hollowware and serveware and plastic items to a broad group of customers in the foodservice, retail, business-to-business and industrial markets. It operates in three segments: North American Glass includes sales of glass tableware from subsidiaries throughout the U.S, Canada and Mexico. North American Other includes sales of ceramic dinnerware; metal tableware, hollowware and serveware and plastic items from subsidiaries in the U.S. International includes worldwide sales of glass tableware from subsidiaries outside the U.S, Canada and Mexico.
