Consigned catering services for businesses accounted for 51% of fiscal 2000 revenues; for schools, universities and other educational institutes, 23%; for hospitals, 20% and other operations including restaurants and sale of food materials, 6%. The company has seven consolidted subsidiaries, five in Japan and two in the United States. Overseas sales in North America were 29.9% in fiscal 2000. Shida Enterprise and Ai shokai are the major shareholders with 22.81% and 21.71% of issued stock respectively.
