The Ambishus Pub Company plc manages public houses. The Group also derives rental income from tenanted premises. The Company was admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in May of 1998. At the end of September the Group was operating fifty-three pubs, nine of which were acquired from J D Wetherspoon. Income from managed premises accounted for 99% of fiscal 1999 revenues and rental income, 1%.
