Luminar plc. The Group's principal activity is owning, developing and operating theme bars, night clubs and restaurants. It operates in the United Kingdom. It is organised into three main business segments, Dancing, Entertainment and Non-core. Non-core includes units, both trading and closed, which do not align with the Group's strategy of quality predominantly branded and market-led business, together with sub-let sites. Brands operated by the Group are Chicago Rock Cafe, Jumpin Jaks, Liquid, Lava & Ignite, Oceana, and Pub and Club at Life. The Group disposed of Candu Entertainment Ltd on 10-Jun-2005. Dancing accounted for 64% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Entertainment, 34% and Non-Core, 2%
