Waterfall Holdings Plc is involved in the operation of leisure and entertainment facilities in the United Kingdom. The company's Cue Sports Division runs a number of pool and snooker sports bar venues under the names of Colours Sports Club & Bar, Suzy Q, Breaks and The Pool Shack, while its Entertainment Division manages nightclubs & themed bars. The company has two subsidiaries: Leisure Asset Management and Cue Sports Ltd and became listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 30 April 1996. On 24 September 1998 the company was admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. With the acquisition of the Radion Group, on 21 March 1998, Wafterfall Holdings added ten-pin bowling to its leisure activities. Cue sports accounted for 68% of fiscal 1999 revenues; entertainment, 18% and bowling, 14%.
