Premium Restaurant Company. Premium Restaurant Company owns and operates two full service restaurants and seven bagel bakeries. Bagel bakeries specialize in baked bagels, cream cheeses, premium branded coffee, sandwiches, freshly made soups and other food and beverage items. A full service restaurant specializes in appetizers, pizza, soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, chicken, seafood, bread and desserts together with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The company changed its name from Ciatti's Inc. in fiscal 1998. During 1998, the company sold six of its full service restaurants which were located at Woodbury, Minnesota, LaCrosse and Wisconsin. Full service restaurants accounted for 78% of fiscal 1998 revenues and bakeries, 22%.
