The Group operates various trademark restaurants such as Everest, Domino's Pizza, La Pasteria, Papagallino and others. The Group also operates restaurants within ships, hospitals, supermarkets and other locations. The Group also operates a catering division which manufactures and distributes various foods to the Everest chain of restaurants. Fast food accounted for 76% of 2006 revenues; food production 13% and restaurants 11%.
