Santa Barbara Restaurant Group, Inc.. The Company (formerly known as GB Foods Corporation) along with the subsidiaries owns, operates and franchises restaurants under the brand names of La Salsa, Timber Lodge Steakhouse and Green Burrito. The Company operates 45 La Salsa restaurants, 25 Timber Lodge Steakhouse restaurants and 5 Green Burrito restaurants. The Company also franchises 47 La Salsa restaurants, 35 Green Burrito stand-alone restaurants, one Timber Lodge Steakhouse restaurant and 216 Green Burrito dual-concept restaurants. The Green Burrito dual-concept restaurants provide their products in an existing quick-serve restaurant. This enables to offer two restaurants concepts in one restaurant facility. Restaurants feature a menu of traditional Mexican and American food items. During 2000, the Company sold two Timber Lodge Steakhouse restaurants in Utah and JB's Family restaurants subsidiary.
