Papa Johns International Inc. The Group's principal activity is to operate and franchise pizza delivery and carry-out restaurants under the trademarks 'Papa John's' and 'Perfect Pizza'. The restaurants offer a menu of high-quality pizza along with limited side items, including breadsticks, cheesesticks, chicken strips and canned or bottled soft drinks. The pizzas are made from a proprietary blend of wheat flour, cheese made from 100% real mozzarella, fresh-packed pizza sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes and a proprietary mix of savory spices, and a choice of high-quality meat and vegetable toppings. The domestic quality control centers of the Group comprises of 10 regional production and distribution centers. These centers supply pizza dough, food products, paper products, smallwares and cleaning supplies twice weekly to each restaurant.
