Chefs International, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to operate free-standing seafood restaurants and Mexican theme restaurants in New Jersey and Florida. The seafood products offered include shellfish such as lobster, scallops, shrimp, oysters and clams and other fish including red snapper, bluefish, grouper and steak chicken and deserts. The Group currently operates ten restaurants, eight of which are free-standing seafood restaurants and one is Mexican theme restaurants, one located in the Freehold in New Jersey. The restaurants are operated under the names Jack Baker's Lobster Shanty, Baker's Wharfside and Mr. Manatee's. The Mexican theme restaurant is operated under the name Escondido's Mexican Restaurant. The eclectic American food restaurant is operated under the name Moore's Tavern and Restaurant. Operates free-standing seafood restaurants and Mexican theme restaurants
