The restaurant also offers steaks, chicken dishes, pasta dishes, pizzas, appetizers, chowders, salads, fresh-baked desserts and full bar service. AMERICAN PARK'S restaurant serves contemporary American cuisine featuring a variety of fresh fish and lobsters. THE BOATHOUSE restaurant is a lakeside facility featuring an upscale restaurant and catering pavilion. The Group's restaurants also offer high-quality professional, on-premise and off-premise catering services. The Group also operates seafood laboratory and a gift shop. In fiscal 2000, the Group closed THE BOATHOUSE and LUNDY'S AT SEA restaurants.
